General description:
- Each holiday club runs from 9 am to 5 pm (early onsite pick-ups are available)
- Pick-up and drop-off points are available in north and south Edinburgh for each club
- Places can be booked on a daily (£26) or weekly (£120) basis; the full amount is payable on booking
- Each club is run by a level 3 qualified Forest School leader, supported by trained assistants. The staffing ratio is at least 1 adult to every 8 children.
- All BigWorld staff have current enhanced disclosures, and all clubs are fully insured and operate according to best current practice in all aspects of childcare and outdoor activities. Please contact us for a copy of my current handbook of procedures.
- We have a variety of shelter equipment that will keep us warm and dry during most summer weather conditions. However, in the event that weather conditions present a health and safety risk, clubs will visit indoor wildlife and einvironmental attractions such as dynamic earth, national museum of scotland, Earthship Fife. We will travel via public transport and/or minibus.
